It took me 90 minutes =\

Woah!

Seriously download it off the website and put it on a stick if it's taking more than 10-15 minutes

My update this morning at around 10AM UK time took just over 10 mins from download to install finished. It done the usual thing where it gets to 50% on the download bar then starts installing.

I tried downloading of the website but it was only downloading at 30Kb was going to take 90 minutes and id already been downloading for 30 minutes on the PS3 :(

?

Maxes my connection at 480kb.

What ISP are you and Rappy on? Looks like Sony might have some issues routing right now to certain networks/exchanges. I'm on O2.

I am on BT but before 6pm it should go at 800kb/s infact it was on my laptop just before I went to download that

Mine took around an hour... but no iPlayer or Facebook icons for me :( Where are they?!

Ah, I needed to shut the PS3 down not once but TWICE! iPlayer is showing now are more importantly WORKING! Wouldn't work properly through the browser on my stupid CECHC04 console before.

^ All you had to do was visit the store then quit it to get iPlayer to appear quickly :p Other than that it usually appears itself after a bit.

Well it seems Facebook is working, just updated saying I grabbed the Critter Crunch demo off of PSN :p

crittercrunch.jpg

Although it seems to have standardized text

has purchased "Critter Crunch (Playable)" from PlayStation?Store.

Technically didn't purchase anything, it's a trial.

I can't seem to find the facebook setting in the update

Under Account Management

BTW, hidden feature of the update: crash reporting. So if the PS3 freezes or something similar happens, and you have to reset, it asks if you want to send a report to Sony, similar to Windows. Way to copy MS again, Sony! :D

Well I don't know what is then...

Making videos go in a grid...??

Lol that was probably something that didn't take much work...

They could hold these little features back so that people feel like they're working on the bigger stuff (cross game chat), or they could just release things when they're ready. I know which one I prefer!

    • Exactly. They won't go 100 because current gen consoles are simply too old for any groundbreaking graphics or gaming experience otherwise. They will go with standard (console) price 70 or go with 80 if they really want to go premium. Of course they will have more expensive options too with some useless cosmetics as always.
    • Doesn’t surprise me at all. God is light & He gave us life so it sounds almost logical that we would therefore emit a certain amount of light.
    • This is what I want. Hey Gemini, how do I remove you from all my google products permanently?
    • I would never install install this build before rtm process. only 3 months to go. never install on your daily devices. just wait 3 months.
