I've now had two bad experiences with them, shouldn't of bothered. Tried the sell to cex service, sent off my parcel of games 1st class 16/11, end of week no word, emailed no response, email this afternoon saying still waiting for package....grr Crap company, I guess royal mail deserve some blame too. I put a return address on the box...might get it back.

You did get proof of postage or registered delivery for those packages right?

With Cex, I find it best to just go to a store in the mornings. Hardly bother though, as my nearest isn't very nearby.

Yeah, i hope you sent it via recorded delivery at least, especially at this time of year.

CeX is very hit or miss. You can get good deals trading in but not for selling.

They're definitely slow and I don't really trust them, I sent them two games on the 9th November, recorded delivery. The royal mail website says they received them on the 11th... yet on the 16th they said they hadn't received anything - on the 18th they said they'd only received 1 game (yet both games were in the same package) - so after a few angry emails I finally got the money for both games in my account this morning (21st) :p.

Yep I did, but there aren't any stores round here.

finally got a email saying it's got there and the games are waiting to be tested.
