:D My wife knows i love pineapples so we decided to try a pineapple turkey.

Actually that is quite good- I had that few years ago -

Also I had tried one time where they used an injector filled with Orange Juice and Lemon Juice ... and sprinkled some Lemon Pepper on the outside.

Though for me the best one I had in a long time was - Injected with dales seasoning - then deep fried.

I was expecting you used turkey instead of chicken to make pineapple chicken ya know the chinese dish. It would have an interesting flavour but I'm not all that crazy about pineapples.
