Do you shop on Black Friday? Or, do you bury your head in the sand and avoid all the craziness? Why? Why not?

Black Friday is a term for the Friday after Thanksgiving in the United States, which is the beginning of the traditional Christmas shopping season. I am never a big fan of shopping, let alone on a day when a zillion people are out doing the same thing, but I am pretty tempted to shop online this year: http://blackfriday2009sale.info

Yes I am. I might go to Fry's (need to see the deals before hand) and I am definitely going to Walmart just for the game deals. :yes:

Didn't go anywhere last year because all the deals sucked, this year sucks too for everything but games. :D

In the Uk don't have Black Friday, but we have similar Christmas time sales, usually on Boxing Day and New Years Day.

I will definitely grab a Bluray and TV this winter season, but I'll do it all online anyway. I know the model numbers etc... so if it's any cheaper, it'll just be a little bonus.

I only shop online now. I have the whole world to price compare in, and can shop in the comfort of my own home and they bring it right to my front door. The thought of going out into crowded stores full of pushy lunatics just doesn't appeal to me.
