Ambroos
I think that says enough... It's never been anything even remotely like that, always 0% packet loss, around 20 ping and 3 jitter. Some sites just don't work either, only after refreshing some times... I'm on cable, a Motorola Surfboard (phone and internet). Resetting the modem/switch did NOT help, it took aaaaages to reconnect and the result now are exactly the same. Any ideas? Nashy
Have you spoken to your provider, there could be a cable down in the area. I'd be ringing them first. InterceptorX
You'll want to post your Modem model and if you are using a router. Not sure if all cable modems have a diagnostics page, but you might want to check out all your signals. Also check out DSL Reports to see if other people in your area are having problems. Edit: I just saw you're from Belgium, so I don't think DSL Reports will be much help. ceminess
It could be a lot of issues. Could be on the ISP side, could be your cable modem or router. Could also be the NIC on your PC. Do you have any other computers on your network? Or is your PC connected directly to the modem? But the first thing I would do is call your ISP and see if they are having any issues. Have them run a line test for you. If there test comes out good, then it is most likely an issue with your PC/Network depending on how its setup. ViZioN
Sounds like it's not a problem you can fix. Get onto your ISP and let them know something's up. ViZioN
Hope you get it sorted. It's maybe just your modem dying which they can easily replace.
