Is youtube slow for anyone else lately?

Youtube's been having some pretty strange, slow problems for me as of lately.

I know it's not my ISP because other video websites load just fine..

Some videos have been fine while others have been slow for me.

for a few months now I've experienced this issue. Sometimes it would take about 20-30 minutes to fully load a video.

intermittently yes. today its fine, but Friday i was having trouble watching HD videos. this has happened a few times in the last year and seems to last maybe a day or two, and only affects the high-quality version of the videos.
