Painting a design on a wall

Recommended Posts

i have heard of people using overhead projectors, you know, the kind teachers use, with a design printed on a transparency, with good results.

Photoshop the design into a monochrome template, print it out onto a laser-printable transparency sheet, point the projector at the wall and turn it on, put the pattern on top. then trace it out on the wall.

true say, thats good. try it out.

Print out your design, flip it around, use a pencil and get graphite all over the lines on the back, put it on the wall with the graphite markings facing the wall - Draw on the original design and the graphite will be transferred to the wall, where the pencil touches the paper ( So it's important you get a nice layer of graphite on the lines ).

Crappy explanation but that's how I did it back when I was an painter.
