[UK/BBC] Being Human

The hell is this, and why does that woman look strangely familiar?

Being Human is a British television supernatural drama-comedy series, broadcast on BBC Three. It stars Lenora Crichlow, Russell Tovey and Aidan Turner as three apparent twenty-something characters sharing a house in Bristol, trying to live a normal social life, despite being a ghost, a werewolf and a vampire respectively.

Sounds good, to bad I don't live in Britain. However, the second part of my question went unanswered, how come the woman looks so familiar, what else has she been in that I may have seen her in?

her name is Lenora Crichlow

Well, she's in stuff I haven't heard of, except Doctor Who, and I've only seen one episode of the new Doctor Who, and that was the very first episode. But, she still seems strangely familiar to me.

she does have one of those face's :p

anyway back on topic! I am looking forward to see who the enemy is in this series.

EastEnders actress Lacey Turner is to make a guest appearance in the new series of BBC Three supernatural drama Being Human.

In her first television role since announcing her decision to quit Walford, the 22-year-old - who has played troubled Stacey Branning since 2004 - is to portray a character called Lia who steers Mitchell (Aidan Turner) on his journey to purgatory where he hopes to save his friend Annie (Lenora Crichlow).

Speaking of her guest spot, Turner said: "It was fantastic working on Being Human, I had some great scenes with Aidan Turner, especially when his character Mitchell is facing up to some of the things he has done in the past."

She added: "The cast and crew were really welcoming and I can't wait to watch how the story comes together on screen when the series airs."

3.01 "Lia"

When you've spent the last few years sharing a house with a vampire and werewolves, you would imagine life couldn't get any weirder.

But Annie, the ghost who has so far escaped the clutches of death in BBC Three's hit drama Being Human, finds herself in even stranger surroundings at the start of the third series: trapped in purgatory, waiting to hear her fate.

Meanwhile, Annie's best friends and former housemates ? werewolf couple George and Nina, and reformed vampire Mitchell ? are hoping for a fresh start by moving to Wales. Surely if anywhere can provide a haven for them, a place where they can pass under the radar, it's the seaside town of Barry?

Leaving the memories of their much-loved house in Bristol behind, George, Nina and Mitchell settle into their new home ? a kitsch B&B named Honolulu Heights that boasts many benefits for supernatural sharers; a large basement providing a safe and sheltered environment on a full moon, for one.

Mitchell, however, is finding it hard to settle in. He's struggling with the guilt of his bloodthirsty revenge at the end of the last series, but ? most importantly ? he's missing Annie.

Determined to get her back Mitchell enters purgatory, where he meets Lia. Though sweet and sparky, Lia lets Mitchell into a dark secret that threatens to haunt him day and night, and to tear his friendships apart...

Annie is played by Lenora Crichlow, George by Russell Tovey, Nina by Sinead Keenan, Mitchell by Aidan Turner and Lia by Lacey Turner.

    • Not such a great deal, Ultimate, which gives you full 5080 features is $181.99 CAD per month, that's $2183.88 per year, I can buy the 5080 for $1809.99 CAD, then it goes up to $279.99 per month after the first billing cycle. Typical cloud rental, costs more than buying the hardware.

    • Get used to this, with AI tooling now uncovering new vulns and getting them exploitable far faster than has ever been possible before software is going to need to be updated far more frequently. Back in the day it may take reseachers weeks or months to do what AI can now do in hours. Once its a threat is discovered it's weaponsized far more quickly, meaning you simply can't be waiting 2, 3, 4 weeks to deploy a patch, it needs to be patched immediately. Going to be interesting handling this in the enterprise space where traditionally patching has been steady, but very staged (and rightly so up until now), that is going to have to change.
    • You don't need to "close all browser sessions constantly" or wait for updates to install. The updates download in the background while you use the browser, without interrupting you, they install automatically the next time you launch the app. And they install very fast (depending on your storage speeds, of course), you have to wait at most 2-3 extra seconds, if any. Seems like you haven't used Edge in a loooooooong time...
