Height: 5'8" (give or take a half inch. barefoot) (just measured roughly 5'9" with shoes a few moments ago. some people far exaggerate their height. i am actually telling the truth lol)

Weight: 140-ish lbs (weighted myself just a few moments ago @ 138lbs with no shoes but with clothes on but i did not eat anything since i got up. so in general i would say 140-145lbs range lately.)

so i am pretty small for a full grown adult as most of the people who are really thin in here ill bet is mostly because they are teen or 20-ish ages as when they get my age the odds are good most of them will beef up some and not be extremely thin.

but basically i am definitely on the smaller size of full grown adults that are not super young with a jacked (i.e. super high) metabolism ;) lol

p.s. i been pretty much the same size since i was 15-16 years old lacking some slight weight gain. i was like 5'8" @ 125-130lbs back in my late teen days (i was quite active to. i could jump and touch a 10' basketball rim exactly on my 16th b-day. my reach was about 7' so i was jumping roughly 36inches which is pretty good especially for a white guy and it was all natural to as i never really did much besides just be active. now, i can't even come close to touching the rim as i aint been active for closer to 10 years now lol) and i think i was closer to 25 years old before i started to gain some weight then i floated around 150lbs for a while up until about the last year or so it seems i been losing and leveling off around 140-145lbs now.

31, 5'8", 140lbs-ish (so i am obviously on the smaller side for a guy) (barefoot i might be 5'7" and change but closer to 5'8" than 5'7" the last i measured which was a while back but since i am 31 it's not like i grew anything in many years. but in general i am pretty much a honest 5'8")

p.s. i been pretty much same height and weight since i was about 15-16 years old now except back then i was quite thin as i was 5'8" @ 125-130lbs. now i am around 140lbs but i was at about 150lbs for a while.

on a side note... i wonder how many people in here are exaggerating their height? ... because i suspect some guys exaggerate their height by a couple inches.

seriously? ... that's extremely thin because when i was 15-16 i was 5'8" @ 125-130lbs and i was definitely on the thin side myself but i was quite active). you should be AT LEAST 150-160 MINIMUM at that height, although i would estimate 190-200 is probably normal-ish. (no offense or anything but eat some food! lol)

EDIT: whoops i just noticed i already posted above. but what the hell ill just leave the comment here now. but i am 31 instead of 30 so this is a update.lol ;)
