Yeah, but any gadgets only require 500 kills to platinum. A gadget being anything that is not consider a primary weapon like c4. Pistol only require 500 kills to platinum as well.

Does anybody play Onslaught on 360? Is it worth the points?

I know of anyone who bought it. My mate did but no one on his friends list did buy it so it's worthless, he tries to persuade me to buy it all the time but these crappy DLC packs just aren't worth so many Points. If you'd use it though and know others who have bought it, then I suppose it would be worth.

Exactly, if nobody has it then it's worthless. And from what I've read not many people play it.

Need something else to spend my points on then.

Onslaught is great, and it is a bunch of fun. It's not worth more than 800 points though. I wish it was closer to 400 when I bought it.

Ive got it, Its ok but you cant hold back as the enemy keeps respawning.

Today I had a ROFL moment on Arica Harbor during SQDM. I saw a couple of guys on that open building at the top of the hill, killed one at a distance and ran up there from the ocean side. I was dicing with about 3 of them with my M16A2 and M1911, shooting and dodging, throwing a grenade. I killed all of them but they kept respawning on each other and I ended up knifing 2 of them. It was me against 7 of them and I killed them all > ROFL. It won us the round by 1.

Let me tell you, I'm still early on in the game, but unlocked the T88 auto sniper and became too enamored with the automatic feature to realize it's not that good. I went back to the M24 with a 12x scope today and holy crap I had a great round.

The T88 is good with the red dot sight at medium range. Used with sensor balls it works out pretty nicely.

I like the scope on the M24. It does more damage and with less shots fired, it's harder for them to track me. I'm working to unlock the GOL, right now. I picked one up once and had a blast with it, so maybe I'll switch to that once I have it.

The gol is awesome. My favorite rifle in the game.

Edit: Annnnnnnnnnnnnnnnd I finally platinum stared my AEK-971. Wow that gun is horrible compared the M4.

the three i prefer is m95 for long range maps, gol for no sway(quick shots), m24(all rounder). i can't stand the autos.

Can't stand the GOL. M16 is the way to go.

The automatic sniper rifles are awesome. With magnum ammo, they're useful in situations where the enemy comes at you constantly. I get way more kills with VSS than I do with the M95 and GOL.
