My problem with Google is that I feel like I rely on them too much... All the better if they want to violate my privacy and collect data about me for advertisers. I use Gmail, Google Chrome, and Google Search, so it makes me feel a bit uneasy at times.

However, if you want my opinion on which is the better search engine, I would say Google, easily. Bing may be prettier, but Google's results are more relevant IMO. I've been toying around with switching over to Bing full time, but I haven't gotten around to it. Google is my primary right now.

I personally use Google.

While I've tried Bing, I simply find Google to provide me with more relevant search results and an overall better experience. However, with the new features and effort Microsoft is pouring into Bing. Bing is a good improvement over Live Search though.

To be honest although I have used google since the year dot, and have used bing occasionally, I think they all suck. I would like a search engine to search the contents and subjects of websites first and then rank the results by number of links into the site.

When I type "samsung b3110" for instance, I would like the first result to be Samsungs own website instead of more than 100+ shops first

this may be difficult or slow but I would sacrifice speed for relevence anyday
