Difficulty adjusts on the fly

Sick! Very very cool - I haven't really followed consoles games for a while. At least not closely. But with 3 Xbox360s in our apartment I am sure this will be 1 myself and the mates all chip in on. Seems to me they went all out, graphically, audio, and story. Quite thrilled.

The difficulty part seems cool, my only question is with the achievements there are achievements for completing the game on each difficulty. I wonder how that will play out, unless you can set the difficulty statically or dynamically.
