For the longest time, I usually link screenshots of my high resolution desktop in PNG format to people by quickly uploading the shots to imageshack and linking them in, preserving details and resolution. I also uploaded other little snippets this way because not everyone is using the real MSN and photo share won't work with them.

Suddenly, in the past few days, any time I try to link anyone any pictures, it says "This message cannot be sent to all recipients" or whatever... and it says it IMMEDIATELY after any imageshack link. Now I cannot post my screenies to friends, and I can't use photobucket because it won't take images over 1MB or 1024x768... obviously not an option for me.

Why on earth is MSN force-blocking my links against my will???

It's been happening to me recently. Not sure why it's happening. Anyway, easy way round it: When sending the link, put a space in it, like "http: //img....etc", that way MSN won't recognize it as a link. This is all I have been able to think of so far and it usually works (there is still the odd nutjob on my list who can't be bothered with the extreme hassle of deleting the space to make it work, but I'll be deleting them as soon as I can get round to it, too).

This happened to me too and this is the exact same way I solved it, put in a space.
