He means it's finally available on Volume Licensing :) different to TechNet/MSDn

Was there a date announced for Certified and Gold Partners? I keep checking our work account and they haven't added it yet. I'm guessing we have to wait? I know with Windows 7 we got it about a month before it was released to the public.
