Problems with: Microsoft (UAA) High Definition audio bus driver

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I have a Pavillon t3610-nl desk pc and I had to install my pc over again

By problems of my dvd's I couldn't use my recovery dvd's.

Therefore I have bougt a new official Windows XP.

After installation of Windows XP I have installed the drivers of the Pavillon t3610-nl

One of the driver was the Original Realtek High Definition Audio Driver.

I got by installation the message: Install first the

Microsoft Universal Audio Architecture (UAA) High Definition Audio Bus Driver

Several times I have installed Microsoft Universal Audio Architecture (UAA) High Definition Audio Bus Driver.

Always different drivers.

After installation I got all the time the message that I hadn't install the

Microsoft Universal Audio Architecture (UAA) High Definition Audio Bus Driver.

And therefore I couldn't install: the Original Realtek High Definition Audio Driver and I get no sound on my pc

Probably there is a driver for the Pavillon t3610-nl.

As an addition to my problem:

My: AudioDevice ID.

HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_10EC&DEV_0888&SUBSYS_103C2A3D&REV_1000\4&336E4DCA&0&0301

Hopely somebody can help me.

Kind regards.

Welcome to Neowin sappas :) Have you tried the latest HD audio drivers from Realtek? They contain the UAA High Definition Audio Bus Driver within the installation.

Nope, the driver that you want is labelled "Windows 2000, Windows XP/2003(32/64 bits) Driver only (Executable file)" in green text.

If you can't download that driver (their FTP is a bit fiddly), try this link instead - http://download.cnet.com/Realtek-High-Definition-Audio-Codec-Windows-2000-XP-2003/3000-2120_4-10788584.html

RadishTM thank you, it works :D

We say in Dutch: hardstikke bedankt ;)

The music is good, is it wise to install the driver of HP (Fall 2006 Original Realtek High Definition Audio Drivers).
