So what? If it is actually bad, then every team is at the same disadvantage anyways. The games are still up to how well the teams play.

Does it move when you kick it?

Does it fly through the air when you kick it hard?

Can you stop it from moving within a short distance?

If yes to all of the above, you can play a fine game of soccer with it, stop complaining.
