It's probably an extension causing it, or it could be a Stylish script. Try disabling your scripts one by one until you find the culprit. If that doesn't work try disabling your extensions one at a time.

Thanks, it was my white text in tab script. All better now

Here is an Addon Manager style. Hope you like it.

Does anyone know how to change the borders of the button to match the theme better, especially when the window is out of focus?

post-330554-1279730504154.png

my stylish became incompatible with the latest nightly since it changed to 4.0b3pre, how do i turn off compatibility check to get it working again or is there going to be an updated version of the addon, same with adblock plus

edit: never mind, Add-on compatibility Reporter fixed the problem

Is it even possible to come close to this with stylish:

post-251611-12796373481978.png

1. the thin bright line around the menu button.

2. colour/gradient on active tab & nav & bookmarks toolbar.

3. colour/gradient on inactive tab. (same as home button)

4. colour/gradient on home button. (same as inactive tab)

Cheers

bump

i really like the look of this

...and for what soapy posted if you just add :hover to the first line... this was what I was looking for, thanks.

Any toolbar button in the tab bar with the same appearance as the active tab

Awesome, glad someone figured it out (and of course it would be you). Now I just need to figure out why my spacing on the App tabs looks off, as I never noticed it when it was inactive.

I'll see if I can fix up the App Tabs because they do look terrible.

Edit: Came up with this:

.tabbrowser-tab[pinned="true"] {
  width: 29px !important;
  height: 26px !important;
}

.tabbrowser-tab[pinned="true"] .tab-icon-image {
  margin: 2px 1px 0 1px !important;
}

Is that for Minefield? I'm using Beta 1 and it seems to not do anything. I'm being obsessively picky at this point, but as they say "it's in the details". I marked what I'm personally talking about.

Oh that's what you mean. I thought you didn't like the size of the apptabs and were using minefield.

Try this to fix that issue:

.tabbrowser-tabs{
  -moz-margin-start: 0 !important;
}

Here's mine:

Very nice! But how do I move the menubar up/down, left/right?

Oh that's what you mean. I thought you didn't like the size of the apptabs and were using minefield.

One more issue. I went ahead and installed the latest Minefield and moved over the scripts (didn't need your last fix, but used your second to last because the apps did look awful). The active tab stylish you posted works on toolbar tabs, but not on App Tabs you create. Anyway you could make your stylish to include those as well?

post-277424-1279877174056.png

edit: It may not be currently possible, given the way Minefield handles App Tabs. It's not truly a self-contained App Tab, but just a normal tab that cannot be closed. When clicking on it, other tabs go to inactive status, and the App tab itself goes to active status.

    • Microsoft confirms a new, useful Teams' app is coming very soon by Sayan Sen In the modern digital workspace meeting recordings and summaries are very commonplace, still finding the right recap later can be surprisingly difficult. To address that inconvenience Microsoft is working on a new dedicated meeting recap application designed to bring all meeting recaps into a single, centralized location. In a recent announcement on its Microsoft 365 roadmap website, the company has confirmed the new applet and has explained how the new experience will work and why it believes it can help users stay on top of discussions without having to search through multiple chats, calendars, or files. For those unfamiliar, meeting recaps provide a summary of key discussions, decisions, action items, and other relevant information generated after a meeting ends. They are intended to help participants revisit important points while also allowing those who missed the meeting to quickly catch up on what happened. Traditionally locating older recaps could require users to navigate through various conversations or meeting histories. The new meeting recap app aims to simplify that process by gathering all available recaps into one dedicated hub. According to Microsoft, this should make it easier to browse past meetings, review outcomes, and stay informed about ongoing projects and discussions. One notable feature of the applet is the addition of quick filters which are meant to allow users to instantly narrow down the list of available recaps and surface specific meetings without manually searching through extensive records. Audio recap is also there. If you're wondering how long these recaps will last before self-expiring, the app will provide access to meeting recaps from the past 30 days or approximately one month. You can view the feature entry here on the official Microsoft 365 (M365) website under roadmap ID 564614. Its rollout is set to begin this month (June 2026). Do keep in mind though that new feature rollouts often get delayed.
    • Does it have couch co-op is the question I have here.
