I found this code

#urlbar hbox[anonid="textbox-input-box"]
{
   -moz-box-ordinal-group: 2;
}

#urlbar hbox[anonid="textbox-input-box"] + hbox
{
   margin-left: 3px;
}

#urlbar-icons
{
   padding: 0px !important;
}

To put the Bookmark Star on the left of the address bar but there's one problem, when I hover over a link, the star dissapears, anyway to fix this?

I believe that is normal behavior. Mine does that as well.

I realize that but I'd like the star to always be there.

I found a work around for now, using Status-4-Evar to disable the hover over link in the address bar but thats a pretty lame way of getting around this problem I think.

Status-4-Eva has added a progress bar for the urlbar preemptive of Bug 602964. I've modified my Fission style progress bar to work with it.

Firefox 4 S4E URL Progress Bar Fission Style

@namespace url(http://www.mozilla.org/keymaster/gatekeeper/there.is.only.xul);
@-moz-document url(chrome://browser/content/browser.xul) {

#urlbar {
position: relative !important;
z-index: 2 !important;
}

#urlbar-progress-alt {
position: relative !important;
z-index: -1 !important;
height: 20px !important;
margin: -21px 0 1px 2px !important;
background: none !important;
}

#urlbar-progress-alt .progress-bar {
background: rgba(0,61,245,0.5) -moz-linear-gradient(0% 50%, rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.1) 50%, rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.4) 90%, rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.8)) repeat scroll 0% 0% !important;
border-radius: 3px 0 0 3px !important;
}

}

:D

@foxxyn8

What about the progress remainder , can't it be removed (I mean the 2 small grey lines you get with the style...) on this add-on?

BTW thanks 4 the heads up about the add-on. Loosing the progress bar was kind of sad ... :D

Good eye! I missed that lol.

Just add:

#urlbar-progress-alt .progress-bar,
#urlbar-progress-alt .progress-remainder {
border: 0 !important;
}

any ideas? it looks weird. :/ ff 4.0b8pre.

Hmm, never mind, it's a status-4-eva bug ... Waiting 4 the fix ... :whistle:

Not really a bug, it's by design. http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?f=23&t=2001965&sid=01de76b1fde81b2c59c6dc69379cf1ab&start=135.

This will return the identity box to its original look:

#urlbar .urlbar-frontcap
{
   margin: 0px !important;
}

#identity-box
{
   padding: 0px !important;
}

On a side note, S4E now includes the option to have the PL in the location bar, so no additional styling just for that purpose is needed.

Yes but if I add 2px to margin in #urlbar .urlbar-frontcap to make it look like used to the progress starts at the right of the identity box and if I add negative padding to the left of progress-bar it covers the identity box again. So how do I get the old look back? And why a hell didn't he made an option for that stupid identity-box resizing in add-on. I think I'll keep the old version of the add-on installed 4 now...

Try this. Set the progress bar to "fill" in S4E options. I modified your code - adjust the margins/padding/height as desired.

@namespace url(http://www.mozilla.org/keymaster/gatekeeper/there.is.only.xul);
@-moz-document url(chrome://browser/content/browser.xul) {

#urlbar[pmpack="center"] #urlbar-progress-alt{
height: 22px !important;
margin: 0 2px 0 -25px !important;
background: transparent !important;
}

#urlbar-progress-alt .progress-bar {
-moz-appearance: progresschunk !important;
background-color: transparent !important;
opacity: .5 !important;
}

#urlbar-progress-alt .progress-bar,
#urlbar-progress-alt .progress-remainder {
border: 0 !important;
}

#urlbar .urlbar-frontcap {
position: relative !important;
z-index: 2 !important;
margin: 0px !important;
}

#identity-box {
padding: 0px !important;
}

}

Styles updated.

Guys, please, can you give me a code that will make the "New Tab Button" like all the other? I mean I'd like to see only the cross like "panorama" or "home page" buttons on Tab Bar...

If possible of course!...

Does anyone have the stylish code to remove the new little circle-progress indicators in tabs?

.tab-throbber {
display:none !important;

or

.tab-throbber  {

use the second one if you don't want to see the text "jump" when the favicon is loaded

    • Who uses Outlook anymore? Seriously. When you have open-source and completely free clients such as Thunderbird, Outlook is really obsolete now.
    • "Low price of just $340" ? I don't think so, especially when these same memories were less than $100 just last year before the AI craze started.
    • Spyro: A Realm Beyond revealed by Toys for Bob, the first new entry after almost 20 years by Pulasthi Ariyasinghe The Xbox Games Showcase had a surprise reveal from Activision that wasn't related to Call of Duty. The Microsoft-owned publisher revealed a brand-new Spyro game, confirming the return of the series that last had a brand-new entry appear nearly 20 years ago. Watch the new Spyro: A Realm Beyond trailer above, which shows off a new look for the iconic dragon. While most of the trailer is a rendered cinematic, the very end does feature a snippet of gameplay captured on PC. The development team working on this project is Toys for Bob. This is the same studio that delivered the Spyro Reignited Trilogy remasters that brought back the original games for fans. "We are huge Spyro fans ourselves and we are so excited that 'the adventure continues'," says Toys For Bob Studio Head, Paul Yan. "I know the wait has been excruciating but we’re so thrilled to finally come out of stealth and confirm that a new Spyro game is indeed what we’ve been up to these past few years." As is evident from the trailer, Spyro has grown since his previous adventures, and that means he is better at flying too. Players will be able to fly around with freedom for the first time in the series this time, and not just inside mini-levels. "In Spyro: A Realm Beyond, Spyro will experience the freedom of true dragon flight," adds Yan. "He’s small, but mighty, so we had to do a lot of different experiments to explore how he could be both nimble and still be very physical when actively pushing his way through the air." The studio promises the return of whimsical worlds to explore, with plenty of treasure and activities to find. There is a new antagonist coming in to threaten this peaceful world too. Moreover, Tom Kenny is returning to voice Spyro. Spyro: A Realm Beyond is releasing sometime in Spring 2027 across PC, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch 2.
    • They couldn't have done a better job, this is beautiful!
    • Oh, of course not. The real "victims" are the people who snipe kids in the head, have killed more journalist than all the worlds wars combined, do double tap strikes on medical personnel, claim history started on October 7th, have a $700 million dollar annual Hasbara budget and pay influencers $7k a post to spout exactly this kind of propaganda. How dare you question the most moral army in the world. Victimhood belongs to these genocidal freaks alone. Anyone who denies that is literally Hitler. If you're going to support a terrorist state, the least you could do is come up with better talking points.
