Already tried your suggestion, but it doesn't work properly. The best thing would be a complete hack of the explorer.exe and totally remove the win logo and start text to see the writing on the ring. Maybe somewhen .....

This is great! I did find a small issue however. The graphic on the right side of the start menu seems to stretch when lengthened rather than continuing the graphic. The left side works fine. Still, looks great!

Thx, I allready got notice of that. Update will be uploaded this week.

This is quite stunning, as anyone who has built a theme or is trying may tell you. There are 184 seperate parts to an msstyles theme, and getting them to fit seamlessly is a trick, more so in such an inticate style like this. Hope to see Mordor soon, much as Gondor is beautiful, its to good and golden for my tastes. I want something dark and necrotic. (mmm.yummy)

Can't wait to see the complete pack! (What about including Wallpapers?)

Me too, I have a few wallpapers but they are a bit crap. I'd like to see a few wallpapers included in the theme. I must say that i have had no bugs whatsoever on this theme so far so fantastic.

I really understand that everyone likes to have some wallpapers included, but you also have to understand my point of view.

Initially I wanted to upload the finished pack including wallpapers, logons ect. in one piece, with the release date being around March or so according my current time schedule :( . Due to this I decided to up the style alone, to give LOR Fans the possibility to create a desktop on their own.

I can only tell you that in the Final pack there will be wallpapers and other stuff. But the finalized work won't be available within the next weeks. Sorry.

Nevertheless, I just tried to upload Beta 2 Version with some minor bug fxes. Unfortunately ThemeXP.org is down (or something like that). Hope I may resubmit it by tomorrow.

 WTF only 3 years!

I see that it's been almost exactly 3 years that this thread was inactive.

585219924[/snapback]

That's got to be the record for thread revival, considering Neowin's only been around since 2001. I don't think I've ever seen an older thread get revived.

    • Exactly. They won't go 100 because current gen consoles are simply too old for any groundbreaking graphics or gaming experience otherwise. They will go with standard (console) price 70 or go with 80 if they really want to go premium. Of course they will have more expensive options too with some useless cosmetics as always.
    • Doesn’t surprise me at all. God is light & He gave us life so it sounds almost logical that we would therefore emit a certain amount of light.
    • This is what I want. Hey Gemini, how do I remove you from all my google products permanently?
    • I would never install install this build before rtm process. only 3 months to go. never install on your daily devices. just wait 3 months.
