MPC-HC Seekbar & Volumebar Hack

No tutorial, because it might be "too complicated" for some of the users. (requires reshacker + hexeditor) Instead of writing a tutorial, i just made a hacked version of mpc because i know a lot of mpc users dont like the old win98 style seek and volume.
