WinXP startup error. how fix it?

When Windows xp startup Windows show me the next error: "Windows cannot find the file 'C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\Pwds.exe'... etc. that's happened after remove some virus.

How can i find and delete the registry entry to fix it?

Go to Run, and type in 'msconfig'. Go to the startup tab and remove the associated entry.

If you don't see the entry you are looking for, download 'Autoruns' (it's a Microsoft tool; formerly Sysinternals).

msconfig would not be what I suggest for a permanent removal, the suggested autoruns is what you want.
