A configuration dialog to add or remove items to the new context menu — similar to a proposed design or one for the new Navigation Pane introduced with Windows Vista — could be beneficial.
Drank Coke Classic erm, the old Outlook for decades since it came out on floppy disks. How difficult was it to add unified Inboxes? They did it on Mac Outlook Classic over 10 years ago before abandoning that. How hard was it add proper Gmail or iCloud contact and calendar support? They never did. I guess for simple users the new Outlook works but for power users Microsoft has left us floundering.
Classic outlook for dependability and feature set. New Outlook is trash, I would consider it the juice on the trash. Nothing but problems in our enterprise environment. Freezing, crashing and just an overall lack of features is why we don't use it. It gets uninstalled on every system. The day we have to switch we might have to look at other options.
