iPhone Sensor Fixed on 4.1?

for those people that updated there iPhone 4 to 4.1, has the sensor issue been fixed. this is worse in my mind then any other problem the phone may have.

Well they say it's supposed to bed fixed... Though I've never had a problem and I am kinda wondering how a software bug would only effect some and not all as long as there isn't something like a setting somewhere that is spooking with it, can't imagine that would be since no settings are related to it...

Mine was never bad to begin with, although it seems to flicker on less now? So probably :)
