BajiRav
There's a certain spirit and fun about attending a midnight launch. Its not for everyone, but I've attended a few midnight launches for videogames, which I could just as easily walk in the store the day of and buy, but its always a good time chatting with people who share a common hobby. I enjoyed midnight launch of Halo2 (Y) loads of fun. This was wayyy back in 2004 when I was in grad school though, no chance of having that time again. :( Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/938996-suda51-concerned-by-playstation-move/page/3/#findComment-593338134 Share on other sites

Sure, but isn't that what the online world has overtaken? You're simply doing that on a daily basis on blogs, message boards and social networking. Neowin's Gamer's Hangout is a first line example. The only thing lacking? Physical interaction. If it was merely for the game launch, I highly doubt the same turnout would happen. It's the freebies that get people in line... swag, food and half-dressed women. ;) Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/938996-suda51-concerned-by-playstation-move/page/3/#findComment-593338136 Share on other sites
