Universal Software Updater/Installer?

I recall some software that does this on the forums before but I can't seem to find it. Basically looking for some freeware software where you select the software you wish to install (eg: Flash, Adobe/Foxit Reader, Firefox/Chrome, Microsoft Security Essentials, Malwarebytes' etc.) and then it will install all that software automatically.

Does anyone know if this software exists and what it is called?
