Batman 3 "The Dark Knight Rises"

Recommended Posts

Liam Neeson confirmed that he definitely won't be back as Ra's al Ghul, although he said he'd be potentially willing to revisit the character somewhere down the line. So he's not a part of Christopher Nolan's plans, but considering he already reprised Qui-Gon Jinn in cartoon form, maybe he could show up in one of the animated DVD movies one of these days? [IGN]

Soooo true ;D

this film would go from MUST SEE to EPIC FAILED if Bieber is Robin or some other character.

Well considering that Christoffer Nolan the man responsible for Directing the film and writing the script said that Robinho would not feature in his movies should really be enough for people not to believe rumors on homepages not anyway associated with the movie or the studio.... but I guess that is not the case.

French Newspaper Reports Marion Cotillard Cast In ?The Dark Knight Rises?

Since Le Figaro article is in French, we don?t have a perfect translation (maybe one of our readers speaks French and can do it in the comments?) but Batman News, who alerted us to the story, translated the story through Google as follows:

Marion Cotillard in ?Batman 3?. The actress, who is expecting a child in the spring with Guillaume Canet, will be scarce this year. She?ll do a single film and her choice fell on Batman 3. This blockbuster produced by Warner Bros.. enables her to work with the director Christopher Nolan, with whom she had turned very successful sci-fi Inception. Marion Cotillard will join the filming this summer in Los Angeles. She will share the bill with Anne Hathaway.

So according to that link, Bane will the one that defeat Batman? Maybe part 3 will be end.

Not necessarily, that link describes the long history that Bane and Batman have had, and theres a lot of scope regarding Bane as a character and hes not just a dumb ass recking ball.

A member of the JoBlo forums has posted a photo of the Arkham Aslyum set and said "my good mate who is working on set at cardington where it?s being shot sent me this". The photo appears to be legit, and we?ve heard they?ll be shooting in the Cardington hangars.

just to note...I will not be posting direct spoilers i.e costumes and scenes from the film just link to them.

Debunked!

Geoff Boucher of Hero Complex sent me a tweet to help clear up some of the confusion around this photo. What we?re looking at is the Arkham Aslyum set that appeared in 2005′s Batman Begins. In fact, Boucher stood on the steps of Arkham when he visited the Inception set back in 2010. Arkham Asylum could very well make its return in The Dark Knight Rises, but the set pictured here has been standing for at least six years.

Apparently I'm not in the UK enough to watch Channel 4 stuff, lol.

Channel 4 seem to block all of their videos on youtube to people in the UK, which seems incredibly retarded and pointless even adding them if they then block them from the only people who can watch their shows. Oddly enough I've even got the message when trying to watch a music video which has nothing to do with channel 4

Tom Hardy discussed his preparations for Bane, noting that he might not end up wearing the comic book version's bondage-inspired costume:

Well, only if I feel like [wearing] it. No. Again Chris Nolan will revisit that territory entirely. I wouldn't go by that at all. Plus, that's a lot of weight to put on and I've gotta start shooting in May, so I'm gonna go pack up to about 13-14 stone [182-198 lbs]. I'm 12 [168 lbs] and a bit now, so I've got 3 months to do that.

    • Are they marketed as an entry into astronomy or astrophotography? I do astrophotography. With big rigs, lots of computers, cables and headaches. I love it. And by learning this ridiculously complex hobby, I’ve learned about the objects I’m shooting. Astronomy followed from photography.
    • Microsoft confirms Recycle Bin bug across all versions of Windows by Usama Jawad A couple of days ago, we reported that the latest Patch Tuesday update has seemingly resulted in a lot of issues for many users, including OneDrive and Dropbox access problems, BitLocker recovery lockouts, and BSODs. Although Microsoft is yet to acknowledge these bugs, it has confirmed another, relatively smaller issue across all supported versions of Windows. In an update on its Windows Release Health Dashboard, Microsoft has confirmed that after installing June's Patch Tuesday update (KB5094126), you'll experience unexpected behavior when leveraging Recycle Bin. Basically, when you attempt to delete an item from the Recycle Bin, the confirm dialog will show you the internal file name of that content rather than the actual name. For example, the file may be named abc.png, but the confirm dialog will ask if you're sure that you want to permanently delete $Rxxxxx.png from the Recycle Bin. This is pretty much it for the scope of the bug itself; it just displays the wrong name in the confirm dialog. The correct name will be shown in the list view of the Recycle Bin and if you restore the file, it will return with the correct name as well. This issue affects pretty much all supported versions of Windows client and server, including: Client: Windows 11, version 26H1; Windows 11, version 25H2; Windows 11, version 24H2; Windows 11, version 23H2; Windows 10, version 22H2; Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2021; Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2019; Windows 10 Enterprise LTSB 2016 Server: Windows Server 2025; Windows Server 2022; Windows Server 2019; Windows Server 2016; Windows Server 2012 R2; Windows Server 2012 As things currently stand, Microsoft is working on a concrete solution that will be released in a "future" Windows update. It remains to be seen if the firm will wait till the next Patch Tuesday or roll out an out-of-band (OOB) fix. The good news is that commercial customers can deploy a workaround right now, but they will have to reach out to Microsoft Support for Business for additional details.
    • They said by this time everyone will have flying cars. WELL...
    • A study by physicist Henry Tye of Cornell University suggests that the universe may not expand forever. Instead, it could eventually stop expanding, begin contracting and end in a "Big Crunch" roughly 20 billion years from now. Maybe not as we now know that time can flow backwards.
    • Of course. Simply reverse the polarity.
