From Broadcom FAQ teaming

http://www.broadcom.com/support/ethernet_nic/faq_drivers.php#teaming

When I try to create a team under Window 2008 Server, I receive the following Error:

[0006] Broadcom BCM5708C NetXtreme II GigE (NDIS VBD Clinet)

#2 does not support teaming.

Please select an adapter with NDIS 6 driver.

This is due to the fact that BASP expects to have one and only one binding to the miniport driver, in this case some other 3rd party driver has binding to the miniport. This is usually seen when an anti-virus driver is installed. Please ensure there are no other drivers bound to the mini-port driver, if you want to use BASP teaming Software. To see if there are any 3rd party drivers bound to the miniport driver, open device manager, click on show hidden devices, Network

So this also updated your drivers of each nic?

Post the driver details for each nic,

And I would also suggest you post the hidden devices so we can see if anything is bound to your miniport.

edit: Also your 100% sure these nics are fully functional? Ie you used each on their own and working ok?

    • Skullcandy Crusher wireless headphones are now on sale by Ivan Jenic The Skullcandy Crusher Wireless is currently $89.99 on Amazon, down from its typical price of $115.14. That's 22% off and around $25 saved on a headphone from a brand that made its name putting loud, fun sound in the ears of skaters and snowboarders (purchase link below). The Crusher's signature feature is the dual bass drivers that sit alongside the standard 40mm full-range drivers. That means the Crusher produces low ends that hit hard, without muddying the mids and highs. There's a slider on the ear cup that lets you dial the bass intensity up or down, from subtle to something that genuinely vibrates against your head. Battery life is rated at up to 50 hours, and Skullcandy promises that a rapid charge feature gives you 4 hours of listening from a 10-minute charge. The design is foldable and collapsible for travel, so you can comfortably place it even in smaller bags. Another convenient addition is the compatibility with a 3.5mm jack, which you can wire in for continued listening when the battery runs out. At $89.99, the Crusher Wireless isn’t on the high-end of wireless headphones, but it’s a decent buy for anyone who wants a bass-heavy headphone with serious battery life without spending Beats or Sony money.
