Neowin's Forum Game #1!

Found this Game by chance on another forum.

Here's how it works:

We start with a number - 500 that is.

Current round's rules [Round 23] (for older rules have a look at the bottom of this post):

Team A adds five (+5)

Team B subtracts ten (-10)

*********************************************************************************************************************************

Combo KICK (CK). If your Team has made four (4) posts* in a row, you get a combo kick, meaning the fourth (4th) post is worth TWO (2) posts.

*ROUND 23 ONLY: THIS ROUND HAS A CK COUNTER OF FIVE (5)!

*********************************************************************************************************************************

*********************************************************************************************************************************

You may post your number as picture. Don't exceed the shared limit of 2 pictures per page! (on default posts per page=15 posts)

We want the thread to stay fast loading, hence the limit, also please try to find middle to small sized versions of your pictures. No definite max resolution.

*********************************************************************************************************************************

your id starts with a symbol . it should be 500

now 498

No it does not. His id is Mephistopheles - as you can see from the name in the quote in your reply. The + is just assigned to subscribers.

So yours was actually 500, not 498 (since you deducted on his behalf incorrectly). If the + was to be considered as part of the id, then your value would have been 496.

502.

    • I really wonder if this has to do with the built in VPN or "private DNS" of browsers that trip up legal requirements like cookie consent and Cloudflare (to avoid all the botnet attacks we get). And BTW some botnets still manage to get past Cloudflare, we are constantly having to tweak it to block malicious traffic that ultimately cause a DDoS.
    • CPPC states can also be messed around with in most UEFI settings but aren't as robust as the ones that the Windows Scheduler can provide! Make sure you look into what your motherboard also has before customizing for the Windows Scheduler.
