How do I permanently remove Killav?

MSE keeps deleting it but it comes back. Is there any way of permanently deleting this?

Did you ran a full disk scan? check also in the registry.

Also clean up all your cache, temp and browser history files.

combofix and/or malwarebytes - usually gets things that others leave behind.

Does it say what file it found it in. This is usually associated with those fake anti-virus suites and finding out which one will make finding removal stuff easier.

If so; I would never trust a OS install after such a infection. Even after cleaning it with a proper tool.

After working many years as a technician, a backup + reinstall is always the safest way.

Yeah, I don't believe in the "removal" of malware. The only true removal tool is a reformat.

I didn't want to just run loads of different AVs. I tried the above, except for reformat, and none have worked - MSE still keeps detecting it and deleting it repeatedly.
