hyde+
I am looking for a very small traffic/bandwidth monitor. I am uploading a lot of files and I would like to see at what speed I have been uploading and how much I did overnight. The reason for this is there are few different tools available to upload the pictures (no FTP) and I want to compare them and this is the only way. Anyone have any free tools/software to do this? 0 Southern Patriot
If you can still find a copy around, NetPerSec, which was an old PC Magazine utility from the Win98 era, still works beautifully with modern versions of Windows, even Vista and 7. edit: found a download location for it http://www.4shared.com/get/Uhgu5Sho/NetPerSec.html
0 hyde+
Just what I needed, it works great, very simple and has basic info. On top, it even collected the Uploaded/Downloaded data already residing in Vista's memory, which requires three clicks to reach (why couldn't they just keep the traffic data on task bar?) Thanks again.
