i dont really see any improvements from the last Aero ...i do tho wanna express my dislike for the start bar and while it looks cool i dont see why the name part was removed and why the picture was left ...it makes the start bar look horrible. Other than that the theme is really nice

I can see that this style is an attempt to make Aero on XP but you really can't do it unless you have Longhorn because of the transparencies that Aero adds to the style. Here, what you really end up with is a new version of slate.

[EDIT]

It still based Plex M4 themes with somekind of Aero feel that could be called "New ones" Remember, this is not real Aero themes, It's "My Aero" and hope you like my design.

Ahhh, now I see.

p.s. - The name is a bit misleading and only adds to the confusing of what Aero really is to those who don't know.

Glass2K doesn't add transparencies like Longhorn does. Longhorn can add it in specific areas only and make it look like glass or what not.

Indeed I was speaking of transparencies in general. I did say you were right that basically longhorn cannot be emulated.

    • On xiaomi hyperos there's also an option to disable google assistant. I've got everything disabled. Only thing I do have installed is a web wrapped for duck.ai which claims to let you use various AIs anonymously
    • I need to understand the rationale of not shipping all of these K2 improvements in a single update/release. It's giving "we will fix Windows 11 but no commitments". It seems to me that they just announce these improvements just to appease the community.
    • The term "RTM" is long gone starting with Windows 10. Every current release is a GA build. This is the result of MS making Windows as a Service (WaaS).
    • Looks like no official TBW rating, which should be a required listing in my opinion for sites like Amazon (hell, put it on the box too.)
