Because it's theme from Longhorn with Aero technology like glass effects and various graphics from screenshot (to make cencepts themes).

Longhorn Aero 6 is coming very soon in few days but I still couldn't make a decision for these themes. White Aero tone is done like this attached pic. But I have two types for dark version but I'm not sure which one should be used. Please do not ask me to include both because I want to make only one.
