The Windows Media Player Skin included in this theme is a rip of my Classix skin found on http://rzx.emugenerations.com.

Dazzla, why did'nt you request permission prior to realese?

I would have been more than happy to accept.

It is very dissapointing when one does this.

Anyhow, I sent you a private message on what you need to do in order for me to officaly allow you to realese it.

Also, if you oblige to the above,  I suggest you use my Watercolor skin for Windows Media Player 9 as a templete for this slimmed down version of luna.

This will allow the user to use visualzations and fix the video bug mentioned above.  ;)

Woah, Sorry dude :(

I didn't have a clue whose skin it was, it was a mod of a bluecurve skin, it didn't have an author :(

I've updated all the skins so the author says "Dazzla, Original code and Layout by Ryu7x" and the copyright bit says "Dazzla and Ryu7x". I've also inlcuded a readme in the file with credit to you and a link to your site.

Sorry dude, I didn't realise at all :(

It's all right!

Anyhow, i advise you too take a look at the Watercolor skin I made for WMP9, its alot better and cleaner than the current templete you used. Since the Watercolor skin is based off of the Classix one I made, it should not take you long to tranfer the gui.

Also, could you lead me to this un-permited bluecurve version so I can attempt to trace it to the source? :shifty:

Thanks :)

I've spoken with Ryu7x, sorted out my idiocy and I'll update the Luna and Ximian skins ASAP to the quality Watercolor skins he made.

Ok guys, give this a try, I messed it up a few times somehow, but it should be ok now.:

Download

It's the NewLuna Olive skin, based on Ryu7x's latest watercolor skin. I have to say, he's done a sweet job, video works perfectly as well now, different visualisations etc. Very cool. Permission is included in the zip.

I haven't really got time to do Blue, Silver and Ximian tonight but I will, and I'll have a little play with ergo ;)

Thanks again to Ryu7x for understanding.

A little ergonomic preview as well, just standard fare at the moment, integrating all the ergo colours that we've seen through various styles into Luna, few colours from Ergo Watercolor, few from Luna Reborn, few from classix as well actually:

When I said "ergo" I meant just another color scheme from what you already had. This preview looks great but it's different from your first three. Or is this something different altogether? Sorry...

Dazzla, as I stated over at DesignTechnika. Would it be possible for you to make a mod to thenWMP skin when minimized?

Todo:

1. Finish up Silver and Blue WMP9 skins to the new spec (and Ximian)

2. Finish up Ergo color scheme

3. Do the WMPLocs for the 3 colour schemes.

Thing is, the WMP taskbar increases the size of the taskbar because I've made it just that tiny bit smaller, I'd have to increase the size of the taskbar by one pixel so the WMP9 taskbar mode doesn't increase the size of it. But I'm at work during the week so stuff only really gets done during the weekend.

No problem. Just get done with the ergo style. :D

    • Dude get a clue, LTSC is Enterprise, not even legal for consumers, and ESU is not mainstream support cycle, just an extended security updates period.
    • Nvidia is your issue more so than linux itself. I did used it for a while with an old 1060 3gb, but using propietary drivers was kind of messy.
