yeah as bayrider said it's dynamine. it's a simple mod that i did. here's a link if you want it.

and yes i do have permission to release it. it's been on my forums for a while now.

i tend to do that with every visual style i get. but just never give them out.

Thanks, I was just searching for it :) I'll have to learn how to mod like that. There're so many visual styles that I like but would love the compact start panel.
