Hey guys,

Today at work I got a new set keyboard & mouse (HP KT401AA) and the problem is that there is another one at the same room. (my colleagues) - Anyway, as soon as he starts moving his mouse my mouse doesn't work properly and it just hangs. I thought there might be a way to change channel on mine so they don't fight together.

I installed the driver but it niether find my keyboard nor the mouse. :( .. Anyone knows if there is a way to change wireless channel on these stuff?

Well, I have had the same issues with other wireless mice and keyboards when installing them into a small doctor's practice that contained anywhere from 4 to 20 rooms which all use wireless keyboards and mice. If the keyboard suite does not have a specific button for it you could try reconnecting and it should choose a random channel. Some keyboard and mouse suites only have one channel that they operate on. I have had OK luck with bluetooth in the same vacinity but they constantly lost their connections so they needed to be setup over and over again to the point where we gave up on bluetooth. After several keyboard and mouse suites we settled on the gyration brand, but they are on the higher end ($130-$150 usd).

Well, I had the same issue with one of my clients who bought 15 keyboard & mice and after some work they stopped fighting together. Here at work we have been split into 4 different categories. Network, Adminstrating, Sels and guest and every category got its set of keyboards & mice. We network guys got the less good keyboards since we're not all the time at the Office (instead we have i7 laptops :D) and above all I am the only unlucky person who is having the problem and as youu mentioned I have tried to setup it few times but still the same problem. This is very irritating as soon as my colleauge moves his mouse mine start to show me pain. :(
