My samsung focus is now running Nodo!

I farted around with no luck for about 10 mins before i realized i had "look for updates over cellular network" disabled. Once i enabled that and followed the steps linked it updated. Took a few minutes to backup, a few mins to install and after a reboot all is well.

Yep, worked here with the first try, setting mobileoperator to 000-88 seemed to be the key.

Marketplace is amazingly fast/smooth compared to the release version.

did run into music stuttering again finally :( was hoping that would be fixed. Maybe the official samsung roms from att will have a newer firmware, i haven't even checked to see if the hardware firmware was updated

Yeah, marketplace is great to use now. Apps load very fast too.

If you don't have 3G connection like me (on prepaid plan). You can just turn on wifi (have to connect to a network) and flip the wifi switch while zune is checking for update. Works well for me. My Focus is updating as we speak...
