kernel-Processor-Power Event 6 error

Hi,

Since I installed Windows 7 x64 I get these messages about every 30 minutes or so. I am going to double check my bios settings for any power mnagment settings that look unusual but was wondering if anyone has seen this before and/or how to start troubleshooting it:

Never had that kind of a message. You should probably check your Mobo manufacturer's site for an updated firmware just like it says in the message.

Did. It's the latest and they say the last.
