Which Alternative Browser?

Hi,

Just wondering what alternative browsers other people use, and find nicer than IE. Im currentley using Opera but i was just wondering if maybe there others out there that could be better? I really like how Opera lays out the sites :) I tried Mozilla but it seemed a little too basic and IE like, i didnt really rate it much.

Just made the switch to Firebird. I have Opera and IE also but my main browser is now Firebird. I have no complaints so far.

I think it's obvious my choice, If you like how IE renders pages, use MyIE2, if you want a change use Mozilla Firebird.

Yeah, one of the best memory suckers. A browser doesn't need 48 MB of memory to run. It's ridiculous. Stay with Opera 7.11.

I have Firebird and Thunderbird running along with a bunch of other apps. Yes they do eat quite a bit of memory, but I still have 177M leftover. And I can get that memory back it's not like it takes the ram and runs away with it. It's still there inside your case waiting to be used.

It should be noted that Gecko has dynamic memory management--It checks your total memory and uses a certain % depending upon the maximum it finds that is available.

Its always good to have a fast pc and lots of ram to run firebird. That thing runs like molassas on my current pc.
