Crystal Report related error

Hi,

I am the Windows Server Administrator, not experience in programming language...

We have website which is outsourcing from other development company, they are having some problem with related with Crystal Report. please find the attached Screenshot for you reference.

I have installed Visual studio 2008 including crystal report ('Full mode' of installation) but still error is occurring.

kindly suggest us, what to do with this type of error.

Ive never used crystal reports, however that error usually points to a missing dll, i.e. CrystalDecisions.web.dll

Quick google showed this http://forums.asp.net/t/1280287.aspx I think you have to install some packages on your webserver.

Thanks Stephan, for your replay.

I had download CrystalDecisions.web.dll but this dll are not allow me to register on our web server.

I like to share one more information to you that, we have Windows Web edition 2008 64bit on our Web server...

If you've referenced the dlls in code, make sure they're copied to the correct locations upon deployment.

All related DLL's are stored in project "Bin" folder.

After commented <Add Assembly "CrystalDecision.web, Version=10.5.3700.0, culture, publicKeyToken=*****************" />

my crystal report will works fine, :yes: i don't know what is disadvantageous of commented code but right now it works for us.

Kindly share if there is any disadvantageous...
