Most free hosts remove your account if you're inactive, so you could always just go inactive if you don't like it. They don't seem to have much in terms of what they're all about. Just pay I use www.ipowerweb.com very cheap and never had a problem only 800MB space but I have like 5 sites and only used 300MB and you get 40GB a month transfer :D.
