Aw Snap on every page (settings included), even after uninstalling, deleting all userprofile folders and reinstalling. Happens on beta and dev channel. Seems like something got corrupted from the upgrade, it happened to me too. Uninstall then reinstall fixed it, cause I coudn't be bothered to figure out what exactly was wrong with it. Yeah it's a known issue. workarounds are disabling the sandbox (absolutely not recommended) or using the 32bit version like joddie here already said.
