I'm taking out a server in my home setup, so won't be able to logon to a domain anymore. I want to save my Windows account as a local one, how do I go about doing that? :s

Create the local Windows account (think you might need to login to it first), and then log back in under the domain account. Then bring up the System Properties window and the Advanced tab, under User Profile choose Settings and highlight the local account and select Copy To. Log back in under the local account and check all works.

Ignore my suggestion, just tried it within a VM and doesn't work as I thought.
