For anyone wondering, the Surface RT does support the Xbox wireless receiver and gamepad. Though Pinball FX2 appears to be a direct port and while playable, a little too demanding for the Surface's Tegra 3.

That's good to know. I guess once they bring out the Surface Pro, the graphics performance issues shouldn't be a problem anymore.
