How do I move my Games for Windows Live gamertag to my new windows live ID/microsoft account? I've searched everywhere but cannot find a way to do it without owning an Xbox 360... Does anyone know if this is possible to do without owning the console?

Most google searches simply lead back to the instructions on how to do this on the xbox, but not on GFWL.
