When trying to add a network printer I click "Add a printer" and both that windows and my WLAN internet connection stop working. I cannot click any button on the add a printer window nor can I browse to a page unlesss I restart my computer.

I've tried shutting down Panda, shutting down other services such a bluetooth but nothing seems to work. Anyone have any advice?

Try checking in Event Viewer what's happening with Windows at that time.
Maybe some useful error comes up.

What events/logs are we looking for?

Maybe a hardware interrupt request conflict.
