What features do you want to have in the Blue update?

From a Win7 user's perspective...:

Full Control Panel in Modern. With the new Acer 8.1 tablet, I'll bet people will have a hard time using advanced stuff in the control-panel-that-still-needs-desktop.

Ability to use wallpaper images as background for the Start screen. For more customization, also, more colors.

Most of the control panel features are moved over to the "modern" control panel in the latest 8.1 leak.
