Boo Berry
Chicken and waffles. I found them quite nasty, but the cheesy garlic bread ones were pretty good. I thought it was chicken and waffles or waffles and syrup, sounds yucky though. Didn't have the garlic bread ones, sadly.

thomastmc
That's known as a Luther Burger, which is attributed to being created by the late singer Luther Vandross. Mulligan's in Decatur, Georgia was the first to serve them. Now Krispy Kreme and a few other stores sell them - a marketing success and only ~1,500 calories each. I totally thought that was just a random grouping of foods. I was actually laughing at your naming it the "Luther Burger" until I realized that you might not be joking. I'm astounded that's a real thing. BTW, I'm pretty sure Elvis came up with chocolate potato chips. Yeah, it was definitely Elvis, or maybe Jessica Simpson :) /s

+E.Worm Jimmy Subscriber¹ Posted November 1, 2013 Subscriber¹ Share Posted November 1, 2013 Mars bars + salt and vinegar chips is what my friend use to eat all the time. I tried it and it was crazy, but there was something to it. extreme salt/vinegar/sugar combination. still, i doubt this will be good.

HawkMan
It doesn't sound good at all. Chips + chocolate = bad. Try eating Reeses' after eating Doritos... not good at all. Actually, if you're eating salty chips or sour cream and onion, and you eat a milk chocolate right afterwards, you get a wonderful mix of salt and sweet. I've been thinking someone should do this for a long time, BUT it's not very healthy for you. but then again, candy rarely is :)

Damn, I did a Google search and that is one massive patty! I was thinking of a local variant they showcase at our yearly end-of-summer carnival which is a bit modest: two wet soggy Krispy Kreme donuts with a quarter pounder patty the usual veggies. But to be honest, that doesn't sound too appealing either. But, perhaps, I'll try it and see.

DConnell Member Posted November 1, 2013 Member Share Posted November 1, 2013 No, this not a satirical news story made by the Onion, this is real. Lays will be rolling out a new chocolate covered wavy potato chips next week. Read the Full Story Here http://www.usatoday.com/story/money/business/2013/10/31/lays-potato-chips-chocolate-covered/3324377/?csp=fbfanpage That sounds completely disgusting. +Mirumir Subscriber¹ Posted November 1, 2013 Subscriber¹ Share Posted November 1, 2013 Occasionally, I like to have some original lays chips with my beer. What kind of a drink would go with this? Tea? Coffee? Coke? how that any different than bread + chocolate ? Bread isn't made from potatoes, is it? :D

+Mirumir Subscriber¹ Posted November 1, 2013 Subscriber¹ Share Posted November 1, 2013 :p You can make it from rice too if you want. Still, in a common understanding, bread is made from flour derived from cereal grains not potatoes.

metallithrax
This is the same, but in reverse - Cheese & Onion Chocolate It isn't as bad as you'd think. I'm thinking of making some chocolate with Salt & Vinegar Peanuts (Asda's own - as they are very strong).
