win7 Taskbar Progress bar in Server 2008 R2

I recently started using a Server 2008 R2 box.  I've noticed that the programs that usually show a taskbar progress bar in Windows 7 doesn't happen on the Server.

Is there something I need to enable for this to happen?

I already tried adding 'desktop experience' feature.

I think you need Aero to support that.  turn on the themes service and you want to use any Aero theme (or Aero). The themes service is disabled by default when you add the "desktop experience"
