Win 8.1 Missing Bits after Win 10 TP install

I installed Windows 10 TP yesterday and then today changed back to Windows 8.1. In Windows 8.1 I no longer have the power button on the start screen and non of the modern (metro) apps have title bars, and I can't pin modern (metro) apps to the taskbar either.

 

This was a clean install of 8.1. The only thing I can think of is the sync'd settings from the Win 10 TP install.

 

Anyway to fix this without another re-install?

 

It's okay, had a blonde moment, haven't installed the 8.1 Update  :blush:
