Jose_49
Sup people! I'm currently running Windows 10, 1049 in my rig. Search is giving me headaches and I decided to bring back the old start menu (which I could as of build 9926). Unfortunatley, when I try: 1. In Registry Editor, go to following key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced 2. In right-side pane create a new DWORD EnableXamlStartMenu and leave its value to 0 3. Restart, log off or restart Explorer as given here to take effect and enjoy the old Start Menu in Windows 10. From: http://www.askvg.com/collection-of-windows-10-hidden-secret-registry-tweaks/ I can't bring it back. Can someone else confirm this?
eiffel_g
The code was removed. Also most of the registry tricks from first builds ( except new clock ) may bring you some sort of problems instead of old code. Jose_49 1 Share
